Shift Supervisor Job Description Summary of Position: The Shift Supervisor is an entry-level position for anyone interested in a career as a Restaurant Manager with Harold & Belle’s. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Restaurant, including the opening and closing of the restaurant, assisting employees in their daily job functions, complete all required daily tasks, optimize profits and ensure that guests enjoyed their dining experience.
